This Privacy Notice for Really Good Creative LLC ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you visit our website at reallygoodgeo.ai, use Really Good GEO, or engage with us in other related ways.

Really Good GEO is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that audits web pages against AI citation criteria, generates reports with paste-ready fixes, and produces recurring Citation Packs to help pages get cited by AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

Personal information you disclose to us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services, express interest in our products and Services, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us. This includes: email addresses, and contact or authentication data.

Sensitive information

We do not process sensitive personal information.

Payment data

When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy on their hosted checkout. We do not collect or store your full card number, security code, or payment credentials. We receive only limited billing information from Lemon Squeezy, such as the last four digits of your card, for display purposes. Information automatically collected

Some information, such as your IP address and browser and device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit our Services. This includes log and usage data (IP address, browser type and settings, and information about your activity in the Services such as the pages and features you use and the date and time of your actions). This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services and for internal analytics and reporting.

Audited page content

When you submit a web page for auditing, we fetch and store a snapshot of up to approximately 50KB of that page's HTML. This snapshot is retained until the related audit record is deleted. We also store the URLs you submit, your brand profile details, and the audit, report, and Citation Pack outputs we generate for you.

Information collected from other sources

We receive billing and subscription information about you from our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, including your customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, renewal and trial dates, and the last four digits of your payment card.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your information to: facilitate account creation and authentication; deliver and facilitate delivery of services to you; respond to your inquiries and offer support; send you administrative information; fulfill and manage your orders and payments; request feedback; protect our Services, including fraud monitoring and prevention; and identify usage trends so we can improve our Services. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so.

3. What Legal Bases Do We Rely On?

EU and UK users

We rely on Consent (which you may withdraw at any time), Performance of a Contract (to provide our Services), Legitimate Interests (to analyze usage and improve the Services, to diagnose problems and prevent fraud, and to understand and improve user experience), and Legal Obligations (to comply with law).

Canada users

We process your information with your express or implied consent, which you may withdraw at any time, and in the limited exceptional cases permitted by applicable law (such as fraud detection and prevention).

4. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

We share your data with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services for us and require access to do that work. We have contracts in place with these third parties designed to safeguard your information; they may only use it as instructed and must protect and retain it appropriately. The third parties we share personal information with are:

  • Cloud Computing Services: Supabase
  • Functionality and Infrastructure Optimization: Cloudflare Turnstile
  • Invoice and Billing: Lemon Squeezy
  • User Account Registration and Authentication: Clerk
  • Web and Mobile Analytics: PostHog
  • Web Page Fetching: Scrape.do

We may also share your information during business transfers, such as a merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition.

5. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information when you interact with our Services. These technologies help us maintain the security of our Services and your account, keep you authenticated, save your preferences, support basic site functions, and understand how our Services are used through analytics. 6. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

Our servers are located in the United States. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us and by the third parties with whom we share it (see Section 4), in the United States and other countries. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, these countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your country; we use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers, and we have implemented similar safeguards with our third-party providers. 7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (such as tax or accounting requirements). For most purposes, this means for as long as you have an account with us. When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it, or isolate it from further processing where deletion is not immediately possible.

8. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security. You access the Services at your own risk and should do so within a secure environment.

9. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to their use of the Services. 10. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

Depending on your location, you may have rights including the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and not to be subject to automated decision-making. EEA/UK residents may complain to their data protection authority; Swiss residents may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. The categories of personal information we have collected in the past twelve months are: Identifiers (yes), Commercial information such as subscription details (yes), and Internet or network activity (yes). We do not collect protected classification characteristics, biometric information, geolocation data, sensory information, professional or education information, or inferences used to build profiles.

11. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals, as no uniform standard has been finalized. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this notice.

12. Do We Make Updates to This Notice?

Yes. We will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date.
